Long Term Contract Positions Open in Southern California Manager Biopharmaceutical $50-$55 per hour Thousand Oaks, CA A world renowned biopharmaceutical company and global supplier of high end medical devices has the following opportunity available on a long term contract basis: Category Manager. If interested please email your qualifications to Maryelizabeth@maryelizabethbradford.com Responsibilities include driving category planning and sourcing efforts for various IT services initiatives. The resource will be required to work directly with companies IS and Global Strategic Sourcing (GSS) teams to develop and manage the RFP process, including creating RFP documents, analyzing supplier bids, and negotiating contract terms and conditions, pricing, and service level agreements. Responsibilities will also include being the interface with business partners for requirements gathering, interacting with and managing supplier communications and providing summary presentations for management review. Supplier will also provide regular status updates as well as negotiation strategy reviews with GSS and IS management. Resource requirements: Must have strong sourcing/procurement experience, with direct experience in Information Technology (IT) sourcing. Deep knowledge of outsourcing managed services is preferred. Additional skills should include IT industry knowledge, excellent communication skills, ability to work with a team and be proficient in MS Excel, MS Word, and MS PowerPoint. Financial modeling and analysis skills are a plus. *** Report Analyst III $35 per hour Thousand Oaks, CA This is a long term contract position. If interested please email your qualifications to Maryelizabeth@maryelizabethbradford.com Responsibilities: Provides the reports, analyses, research, and metrics using GCOTD training data for internal use on a scheduled and/or ad-hoc basis to external and internal stakeholders, including clients, management and executive management. Responsibilities include: Preparing, generating, and publishing reports and metrics for external stakeholders as well as internal GCOTD training management in order to measure training. Consults and assists the Curriculum Design team in the development of training metrics in the areas of compliance, training completions, global training program dashboards, four levels of training evaluation, etc. Partners in the preparation of critical management reporting packages, including Management Review metrics and Executive Dashboard. Collects data from multiple sources/systems, and imports data into various tools to manipulate large data sets.   Works closely with clients and stakeholders to understand and assess reporting metrics needs. Coordinates with IS and local training organizations to ensure accuracy of data. Communicates the results Identifies and implements operational improvements to maintain data quality. May participate on global training teams and initiatives, as assigned.
